Service or repair booking

NOTICE 1/11/25

AS WITH EVERY BIKE WORKSHOP IN NEWCASTLE WE ARE VERY BUSY AND BOOKED OUT 6-8 WEEKS IN ADVANCE IN SUMMER FOR SERVICES AND REPAIRS.  BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT AND TUBE REPAIR APPOINTMENTS ARE LESS BUSY HOWEVER STILL REQUIRE A BOOKING 

Drop off bike in morning and will be ready by 4pm (if parts in stock). Parts are additional. Additional labour may apply at $121 per hour for part replacements, we will advise before proceeding. Due to limited storage, bikes can not be left overnight without prior arrangement otherwise $10 per day storage fee applies.  

Please make another booking time if there are multiple bikes to be serviced as each booking is only for one bike.
